A semi-automatic uncapping machine is made for
bee frames uncapping from both sides simultaneously, partially separating
honey from wax (with the help of a filter sieve) and collecting honey in a
sizable tank (volume 120 L).
It fits frames with the size
(435х300) mm,
(435х230) mm,
(435х145) mm.
Operation:
A bee frame is put into the
cassette and is moved strictly vertical down between the vibrating knives with
the help of the lifting mechanism. Hot knives cut wax easily from both
sides simultaneously and wax gets into the tank which stands under the
uncapping mechanism at once. The tank is equipped with a filter sieve and a
tap.
The knives heating appliance
needs 220 V and consists of a step-down transformer (24V) power rate of 200 Wt and
4 heating elements each having the power rate of 50 Wt.
They have a parallel connection to the digital control panel. The panel
shows the main voltage and power consumption.
The machine is fully made of stainless steel.
