Deboxer

The frame ejector (deboxer) with a frame feeding mechanism is supplied as an additional module for retrofitting an automatic line or a bar trimming device.  Speeds up the loading of frames and reduces the load on the operator's hands.

 Sequence of works:

1. Place the housing with frames on the ejector table.

2. Press the pusher pedal to raise the frame housing to the height of the chain feed mechanism

 3. Release the pedal to lower the body down to the initial position, while the honeycomb frames are fixed on the ejector bars.

4. Push the frames forward on the frame feed chain mechanism to the trimming unit.
